What types of integration methods does Opmetrix use to connect to a master data source?

Opmetrix has a range of integrations to existing ERP solutions. Depending on the ERP system Opmetrix may utilize an API connector, ODBC connection, oData transfer or file transfer via the Opmetrix bridge to facilitate the 2-way data transfer.

How quickly is the data updated in Opmetrix once I make a change in my ERP?

Opmetrix provides a recommended refresh time depending on the type of integration and ERP system your business uses. As a general indication Opmetrix will push transactions through to your ERP system every 15 minutes and update the source data every 30 minutes.

Can Opmetrix display previous invoice history from my ERP?

Opmetrix has the ability to populate a sales history feed and display past transactions in the in field app. This is scoped and configured as part of our standard implementation process.

Does Opmetrix have pre built integrations?

Is the Opmetrix integration customisable?

Can Opmetrix integrate to more than one system at a time e.g Cin7 and Xero?
