San Remo engages Opmetrix CRM solution

San Remo, a household name throughout Australia and New Zealand, has selected Opmetrix to support all its routes to market. San Remo will deploy Opmetrix with all of its sales representatives, merchandisers and managers, operating across retail, independent grocery and foodservice channels.

Opmetrix’s ability to support all of San Remo’s sales models and routes to market with its extensive, out-of-the-box functionality and configurability was key to San Remo’s decision to move from multiple systems to a single, end-to-end integrated solution without the expense of customisation. Opmetrix, a mobile CRM solution for territory managers and merchandising teams, is continuing to grow, both in user numbers, features and territories as it becomes a must-have tool.

Opmetrix managing director Oliver Huggins says companies including Clorox, Constellation Brands, D.E Coffee & Tea and Go Natural rolled out Opmetrix for their field teams during 2014. “2015 is off to a strong start with the confirmation that San Remo pasta company will be rolling out Opmetrix for both its Australian and New Zealand teams,” he said.

Opmetrix continues to develop mobile innovation with its latest 2015 release which includes dashboard analytics for quickly reviewing field team activity and a live stream of photographs taken in the field. “With strong user numbers in FMCG channels and also automotive, gift and beauty, Opmetrix delivers great success and productivity improvements.”
