Opmetrix releases Prospects Module
Opmetrix helps your field team run more efficiently with the introduction of a new prospects module. Opmetrix can now track both active customers, and potential prospects bringing together full reporting of field based activities. The prospects module in Opmetrix enables field users to add new prospects, record activities including contacts, call notes and surveys. Head office reporting can track the number of new prospects each field member adds and all prospect activities can be reported. This video is an introduction to using prospects in Opmetrix.
